By checking the box above, I acknowledge and agree to the following terms. I assume full responsibility for any and all damages, injuries (including death), or losses that I may sustain or incur while attending, engaging in, practicing, participating in, or witnessing activities and/or certain events occurring on or about the premises of Compete Wrestling Academy or at any offsite location. I waive all claims and release and hold harmless Compete Wrestling Academy, its affiliates, and any of its officers, directors, employees, agents, representatives, and assigns from any and all liability, claims, suits, damages, expenses, fees, actions, or rights of action or judgments resulting from injury or death to myself or to any members of my family, heirs, or guests, or from damage, destruction, or loss to my property. This includes any incidents that may relate to, arise out of, or be connected with my presence on the premises or my participation in events or activities organized by Compete Wrestling Academy, including any negligent acts or omissions by Compete Wrestling Academy or any third party. I agree to wear all protective equipment required while participating in the activities and am fully aware that Compete Wrestling Academy does not provide or contract for any medical services or provisions for ordinary or emergency care on the premises. In consideration of my participation in and use of the facilities at Compete Wrestling Academy, I release and covenant not to sue Compete Wrestling Academy, its shareholders, directors, officers, employees, representatives, agents, affiliates, and lessees from any and all claims resulting from any physical injury that may occur to me while participating in any program or event sponsored by Compete Wrestling Academy. I have read and fully understand this waiver and release agreement and understand that by checking the box below, I am voluntarily giving up substantial rights.
